About this event
Description
Grab a signature cocktail as you learn about our local turtles and bees, endangered species included. Stroll through the preserve with our experts, who will identify and talk about how we monitor these animals. Then, try your hand at tracking a turtle and recording bee sightings. Ages 21 and up. $20 per person. To register by phone instead, call 630-933-7248.
You will receive two drink tickets for wine, beer, or nonalcoholic beverages. (Outside beverages are not allowed.) Dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. The 1-to-1.5-mile walk will be on paved trails and turf.
