Description
Through musical movement and specific exercise, you can build stronger and healthier muscles, which will improve and enhance your balance. Our class is mindful, physical enjoyment. Equipment: Chair, bands and weights, if you have them. Must sign up for the session. These classes and programs are hybrid activities, with your choice of attending either in person or via Zoom. You will receive the meeting ID and password prior to the first class. You will need a computer, laptop, iPad, or smartphone with a working camera to join the Zoom class. 2025 Senior Membership is required for this activity.
