Instructor: Cheryl Murga, BA, MS, is a retired educator living a zen life in Aiken. A yoga instructor and practitioner of meditation, she has a deep understanding of how the body and mind are connected. She enjoys helping others make connections to the physical world as a Master Gardener and hike leader for the Sierra Club and Aiken Senior Life Services. She strives to support the common good and bring out the best in others by offering her services through outreach and enrichment throughout the community. Description: The course is designed to help participants understand and prepare the essential documents and financial information needed when facing the death of a spouse, loved one, or themselves. Attendees will learn practical steps for navigating the complex processes involved, including creating an In Case of Emergency or Death (ICeD) binder. The binder acts as a comprehensive guide, providing vital information to assist spouses or family members in the event of sudden death, illness, or injury, ensuring a smoother transition during challenging times.
