---Instructor: Keely Kirk--- This continuing performance-level class focuses on enhancing and developing your ability to be present so that scenes can naturally unfold and grow. Discover how to create characters in the moment and develop recurring characters that you can play repeatedly as you explore character in novel and distinctive ways. Savour the liberty of allowing scenes to develop organically without imposing a plot or requiring unauthentic actions. Not only does it save you more effort, but it's also a lot more enjoyable, calming, and group-oriented! Direction from your instructor will focus on the following performance components: learning to work as an ensemble, making believable character choices, and engaging an audience. Also, in this course, you will continue to learn the importance of a group mind and how to put it into practice with an ensemble. By learning how to be vulnerable while supporting your scene partner unconditionally, you will acquire the skills necessary to build the group's cohesiveness while deepening your performance skills.
