We will cover topics such as general vocal healthcare and hygiene, triage for voice care while you're sick, tension release exercises, how to both pre-hab and re-hab your voice from sicknesses and injuries, navigating illness/voice issues during performances, knowing when to seek out medical assistance, and optimal vocal practices to ensure career longevity.
