Enjoy the freedom and empowerment of stand-up paddleboarding in an inclusive, welcoming environment. this adaptive SUP class is designed for individuals of all abilities, including those with physical, sensory, or cognitive disabilities who want to experience the water in a fun, safe, and supportive setting.

The class is led by Lulu Searles, M.S. in Adaptive Physical Activity, who brings both professional expertise and a passion for making outdoor recreation accessible to everyone.
What to expect:

• Step-by-step paddleboarding instruction and safety guidance
• Supportive one-on-one assistance as needed
• A relaxed, encouraging environment focused on enjoyment and success.
• Instructors are Certified American Red Cross, Lifeguards (CPR, First Aid, AED for Professional Rescuers)

No experience necessary. All equipment, including boards, paddles, and life jackets, are provided. Caregivers or support staff are welcome to attend and assist at no cost.
