The 2025 MATE ROV Competition culminates in the annual World Championship event where top teams from across the globe descend on Alpena, Michigan and deploy their custom robots to meet our mission challenge. PIONEER and EXPLORER class teams must register here to qualify. RANGER teams will be invited to register only after winning their regional qualifier, or for approved video demonstration qualification. The team must first be created by the Coach / Lead Mentor who will pay the fee for team participation. No refunds allowed. Additional adult mentors and student team members can then Join the Team by selecting the team name from group list. If you do not see your team name listed, contact your Coach to setup the team registration. Please note that students under 18 years of age must be registered by a parent or adult guardian.
