What to Bring: Your own mat, water, and a friend!

• Alpharetta Barre - Eccesntrics ( Medium impact level ): 9:30am - 10:15am
• Nutrition Food Label Class ( All Levels ) : 10:30am - 10:50am
• Meditation Sound Bath - ( Low impact level ) : 11:30am - 12:15pm

Rummikub and Mexican Train: 11:15am - 3pm
