Grades: 10th - Adult. Level 1 - 5. Get a full body workout! Challenge your speed, agility, and strength with High Intensity Interval Training (Hiit). Modifications are offered so all levels are welcome! Please bring your own mat, water bottle and light hand weights. Instructor: Donna Kujat, CPT, over 25 years experience. 11 classes. No class 11/4 and 11/25. (12/16 reserved for makeup class).
