Grades: 10th - Adult. Level 1 - 4. This Fall Term 2025, come and ‘dance to the music’ with Chip. This workout features low impact dance moves for cardiovascular conditioning and Pilates for strength and flexibility No experience is necessary to enjoy this full body workout. The instructor will provide adjustments, as needed, allowing everyone to enjoy this fun and effective workout. This class will be offered simultaneously in person and virtually through Zoom. Please have your own mat, water bottle and light hand weights. Instructor: Jenine "Chip" Grover, M.Ed., over 30 years experience.
