Grades: 10th - Adult. Level 1 - 4. Get a full body workout while experiencing joy through music! Workout features low-impact dance moves for cardiovascular conditioning and Pilates for strength and flexibility. This class will be offered simultaneously in person and virtually through Zoom. Please have a mat, water bottle, and light hand weights. Instructor: Jenine "Chip" Grover, M.Ed., over 30 years experience. 1 class.
