Description

Grades: 10th - Adult. Level 1 - 4. This Fall Term 2025, Chip will offer Cardio Dance & Pilates twice weekly! This workout features low impact dance moves for cardiovascular conditioning and Pilates for strength and flexibility. No experience is necessary to enjoy this full body workout. The instructor will provide adjustments, as needed, allowing everyone to enjoy this fun and effective workout. This class will be offered simultaneously in person and virtually through Zoom. Please have a mat, water bottle, and light hand weights. Instructor: Jenine "Chip" Grover, M.Ed., over 30 years experience. 21 classes. No class 9/29, 10/13, 11/6, 11/24, and 11/27. (12/18 reserved for makeup class).
