Description
Grade 9 - Adult. Level 1 - 3. GROOVE is a powerful and playful group dance experience that supports functional fitness, holistic well-being, and authentic self-expression. We believe that everyBODY can dance. With just one or two easy moves and music from all kinds of genres, we dance together in rhythm—each in our own unique way. All ages, sizes, fitness level, and abilities are welcome. Come as you are, and let’s connect and GROOVE! Certified GROOVE Facilitator: Hsiao-Wen Lo. 12 classes. No class 7/5. (8/5 reserved for Tuesday makeup class & 8/2 reserved for Saturday makeup class).
