We bring original routines to life using current, hit music and choreography for all abilities. No dance experience required! SHiNE is rooted in jazz, ballet, and hip-hop, and every class is a HIIT workout with the perfect balance of cardio and toning that delivers REAL results. You’ll connect to the music and have a mood-lifting experience that leaves you feeling capable, confident, and connected to a supportive community – and you won’t even realize you’ve burned upwards of 500 calories!
