Grades 12th - Adult Level 1-3. Do you have a desire to learn new techniques that enable you to successfully escape, resist, and fight back in dangerous situations? No experience is needed to increase your awareness, level of prevention, and basic self defense skills in this six week class. Build your confidence, strength, agility, and endurance while enjoying the subtle fitness benefits of this class. This class meets at PKSA Ann Arbor North (5692 Plymouth Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. Instructor: Female 4th degree black belt certified Master Instructor. Instructor: PKSA Staff.
6 classes. No class 10/12 and 10/26. (11/16 reserved for makeup class).
