Grades: 10th - Adult. Level 2 - 3. ?Through mindful awareness and mellow pacing, this yoga class will invite you to come home to your body. Hatha yoga blends postures, movement, breathwork, and relaxation to enhance your strength, flexibility, balance, and steadiness of mind. Please remember to bring your yoga mat, a cozy blanket or towel for added comfort, and a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout this rejuvenating class. Instructor: Jeanne Hagadone, RYT 200, over 10 years experience. 1 ?class.
