Ages 5+. Join us for a fun-filled family adventure in our Aerial Yoga class! Perfect for yogis of all ages, from curious kids to playful grandparents, this unique class blends the magic of yoga with the thrill of aerial acrobatics. Suspended in soft, silk hammocks, you and your loved ones will explore a series of gentle stretches, playful poses, and joyful movements that promote flexibility, strength and a sense of wonder. No experience is needed - just bring your sense of fun and readiness to soar! LaRue Thomas instructs.
*Ages 5-8 must be accompanied by a REGISTERED adult participating in the same class.
*Vertigo and motion sickness symptoms may occur during Aerial Yoga due to the swinging and inversion movements involved in the class.
