Description

Roller Fit & Flow skaters roll to a low impact cardio, roller dance and strength training routine in a no pressure setting. Using styles and moves from speed skating, rhythm, street dancing, artistic roller dancing with upbeat music and high energy vibes. All levels are welcome to attend, but there will not be a formal skills lesson during this class. We will work with everyone to ensure fun at all levels. It is suggested that you take our Basic Skills and Safety class first before joining this class.

** Sorry, no blades with back brakes allowed indoors- brakes must be removed. There will be a skate check at the door to protect floors. *Please note that skates must be properly maintained to skate at this facility. All skates will be inspected at the door before each class for: exposed metal bolts on trucks, toe stop stems, bent or broken lace eyelets, blade buckle clips will be taped. NO black rubber stops, or jam plugs allowed under any circumstances. Gear will also be inspected for rocks and/or dirt. Thank you for your cooperation in helping protect our floor.
