Join the fun of ballroom dancing! Improve your self-confidence, memory, balance and many other physical benefits, and enjoy the fun dancing can provide. Begin the New Year with a swing in your step. We will cover the basics and spins & turns in Swing & Foxtrot in Session I. In February, we will continue with more sessions covering Swing, Foxtrot, Waltz, and Latin dances. (Check the Spring Rec Guide in December for additional classes.) Our classes include beginning, intermediate, & advanced instruction to accommodate they varying abilities of the participants.
