Sorry! Registration for this activity can only be completed at the Colony Park Community Center, 5599 Traffic Way, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Chair Yoga is designed for older adults who will benefit from yoga practices while seated and standing with the support of a chair. However, this class is open to adult practitioners of all ages and levels. The class inspires strength, balance, and mindfulness, with an element of neuro play. Please bring a yoga mat and towel.$25 punch pass (4 classes) does not expire.
