Unleash your child’s inner artist in this hands-on painting workshop! Over four sessions, students will explore a variety of techniques and projects designed to build skill and confidence in both drawing and painting: Sloppy Copy Sketching – Learn how to prepare for painting through rough drafts and practice sketches. Observational Drawing – Practice drawing what you see to sharpen attention to detail. Watercolor Basics – Experiment with washes, blending, and brush techniques. Acrylic Painting – Create a colorful work of art using acrylic paints. Mixed Media & Masking – Combine different materials and techniques to design layered and creative works. With plenty of opportunities to learn, experiment, and create, this workshop is perfect for budding young artists. All instruction, materials, and fun are included!
