Join Girls on the Run, an empowering program led by Laura Henry that inspires girls to build confidence, develop life skills, and foster healthy habits—all while training for a celebratory 5K run! Through engaging lessons, fun activities, and uplifting team-building, participants will gain skills that last far beyond the finish line. The season concludes with an exciting 5K Celebration Run in Atlanta, Georgia, on Friday, December 6 (time TBD), where girls will showcase their hard work and dedication.
