Callanwolde is teaming up with Roswell Clay Collective for our first collaborative wood fire—a chance to take your ceramic work to the next level with atmospheric surface and community spirit. Kiln Location: Roswell Art Center West Kiln Site Date: October 20-26 Cost: $140 + $35 materials fee Includes: 1. Approximately 2000 cu in of Kiln space, shared loading, and access to wood and firing support  2. Glaze Lecture & Demo Friday September 19th and Glaze Lecture + Practice application Sunday September 28th 3. Advanced and Singular Firing Experience with Opportunity to Load, help with Stoking, and unload a woodfire kiln! This community learning experience will teach students the art and process of woodfiring, and the importance of working as a team to prep, load, stoke/fire, and unload a wood burning kiln. We have partnered with Roswell Clay Collective to use their Train Kiln.
