Sculpting Animal Portraits is a 3-hour hands-on workshop exploring the grace, strength, and mystery of safari animals through clay. We'll study basic anatomy, learn to express texture and emotion, and design wall-mounted or easel-displayed portraits. Come with a safari animal in mind—lion, giraffe, elephant, rhino, or hippo—and connect to its spirit through sculpture. Experience with clay and handbuilding techniques is recommended.
