Description
Come Join us For 365 Workout @ Rosel Fann!
This class will focus on building and maintaining athletics through a combination of a veracity training style centering on strength and endurance. Flexibility training will also be a key component in this program as it will help the class become well rounded and complete in all physical activities.
When: June 2 - July 30, 2025. Monday-Wednesday - 6:00p.m. - 7:00p.m.Who: Adults - 18 - 54 years old.Cost: $5
