Come Join us for Go Girl Goals & Fitness at Collier Park!

Focus group for women and seniors to keep them active. Encouraging movement and fitness while listening to inspirational tunes. We will also discuss goal, create vision boards and focus on empowerment to help accomplish or overcome barriers expressed in our focus group.
