Come Join us for Mind, Body, and Soul @ Peachtree Hills Recreation Center!
This program will allow participants a way to connect the mind, body, and soul using physical posture, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve their overall health and reduce stress.
When: June 3 - July 29, 2025. Tuesdays - 6:00p.m. - 7:00p.m.Who: Adults - 18 years and older.Cost: $5
