Description

Healthy Eating Class @ English Park

This program will teach Seniors the joys and importance of healthy eating and techniques of shopping on a budget. Participants will learn how to shop fiscally, while being taught how to prepare filling and nutritious meals at home!

Activity Times: Wednesday @ 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
