Quiet Within is a sound bath experience designed to support nervous system restoration, emotional grounding, and inner stillness. Held inside a gallery space, this immersive session includes live sound healing instruments, gentle breathwork, and a nurturing space for self-connection.

SUPPLIES: Yoga mat or soft surface, Blanket and pillow, Water or refillable bottle.
