Rolling admissions! We have two high school completion options for students in the Mt. Desert Island region. Option One: Students who successfully complete the HiSET® (think: GED®) will be awarded a High School Equivalency Diploma which affords the student the same rights and privileges as a credit-bearing diploma. A preparation plan can be done remotely under teacher guidance though an intake, pre-assessments, and practice tests are required. Contact us! Option Two: Students who only need a handful of credits to complete their diploma can do so through MDI Adult Education. Some Credits might be earned remotely though an intake and pre-assessment are required. Contact us! Please note that you should live within our area of Mt. Desert Island so that you can attend in-person sessions when required or desired. This program is self-paced and will continue throughout the school year, though summer hours, especially in July and August, are reduced.
