Your breath is your most powerful and accessible tool to manage your stress level. Breathing impacts every aspect of health - sleep, digestion, movement, mental well-being, disease and recovery.
This 3-week course will teach basic, yet interesting and fascinating breathing anatomy to help you later understand and master different breathing methods used to regulate the nervous system response for better focus, energy, or calming intense, unwanted emotions. You will leave this class with a toolbox of breathing techniques to apply in different life situations.
