Description
Jump start your summer and plug in to nature! There are so many tech tools to explore, relax and gain inspiration from nature. This program will introduce you to the Seek, iNaturalist and Merlin apps all while hiking and exploring the prairie at Goodenow Grove. Then take part in inspiring prairie nature photography and go on a scavenger hunt. We will play games that incorporate our tech tools and provide treats! You deserve a relaxing break for school. Fly solo, grab a friend or meet a new friend!
This program requires use of a cell phone or tablet. A designated adult is required to stay on site, in the nature center or in the preserve, during the program.
The hike will be up to 1.5 miles on natural surfaces across uneven terrain.
