Description
Nature is a place where anyone can find peace. Engaging all five senses with our surroundings can help us feel connected to our space, reduce stress and improve mental health. Join us as we discover what parts of nature help us feel relaxed and centered and the why behind the science. At the end of the program, we will enjoy the homemade spa treatments and see who is brave enough to put their bare feet in the grass and mud!
We will be participating in both indoor and outdoor activities. Outdoor activities may take place on natural surfaces across uneven terrain. Plum Creek Nature Center is an accessible facility.
