Our sprint and super-sprint triathlons have been staples of the PNW triathlon schedule since... well, forever! We’ve stayed true to the concept that competition should be fun and accessible to a wide group of athletes, including beginners. Choose between the short course or long course with individual or team relay options. Register early and save.

Registration is available for solo competitors as well as relay teams of 2 or 3 members.

Distances include: Swim: .5 mile - Bike: 21 miles - Run: 5.2 miles
