Description
Join us for a low impact class. This class will give you a full hour of movement with music. We start with a joint warm up, then work on the lower and upper body using either elastic bands or light weights. You can bring your own equipment if you prefer. Bring your bottle of water and please, no sandals in class! So, come on down and have fun with us!
