Regular Taiji (Tai Chi) practice offers many benefits, including better balance, breathing, flexibility, sleep, and reduced stress—all through slow, low-impact, and safe movements. Beginners will learn core movements and an introduction to the First Form, while intermediates expand their practice and deepen their understanding. The class also includes basic Qigong and I-Chuan standing meditation.
