Description

Join us as we explore one of San Francisco’s most picturesque and historically significant neighborhoods – North Beach! A walking tour with a focus on the Beat Generation of the 1950s will let us see firsthand where the Beats worked, drank, lived, and loved. We will see critical landmarks, current and former Beat-era bars and cafés, jazz clubs, comedy venues, and notable residences. We will also get to experience the Beat Museum to learn more about a fascinating time in San Francisco history. Our day won’t be complete without an Italian meal for lunch (included).
