Description
Increase strength, agility, flexibility, mental focus and body awareness, working toward a state of physical and mental balance, inner peace and stability. Expect accessible exercises, mostly standing close to a wall or chair. Barefoot if possible. Modifications will be offered. Bring a yoga mat, a tennis ball, a beach towel and your enthusiasm!
