This class covers basic hand sewing and garment construction (and deconstruction) techniques through a combination of lecture, demonstration and hands-on activities. We begin with hand sewing and will conclude with machine sewing in the final weeks of class. Machines will be provided, but students are welcome to bring their own working machine to learn on.
