Description
Les Mills STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT is a 45-minute full-body progressive strength workout. This is a new 12-week progressive training challenge! Week 1 focuses on setting a strong foundation of good technique within a traditional compound strength training structure. We begin with progressive loading, starting with our base weight and working to maximum weight in Deadlifts, Squats, Push Pull Supersets, and Conditioning sets. You pick your weight selection for all exercises. This class is for all levels!
