Les Mills STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT is a 45-minute full-body progressive strength workout. This is a new 12-week progressive training challenge! The focus of hypertrophy is on building muscle. Week 3 targets moderately heavy weight and aims to hit higher reps. After we warm-up, we start with a big progressive chest and back set, rolling into a shoulder circuit and finishing with lower-body conditioning. You pick your weight selection for all exercises. This class is for all levels!
