Our FREE Yoga in The Park series is back again this summer! Enjoy the benefits of a movement practice surrounded by the serenity of our beautiful scenic parks right here in Bettendorf. These level gentle flowing yoga classes will open and stretch the body while you breathe fresh air and clear your mind from the day's clutter. Led by a qualified instructor, each class is accessible enough for those who are newer to yoga to participate and start enjoying the peace we feel through movement and time spent in the sacred outdoors.
In the event of rain, class is cancelled.
