Discover the treasures still blooming and the gifts the woods give us in late autumn. Admire plants and local ecology with plant and bird hobbyist, Laura Grover while learning about the wild world on beautiful Wabanaki land at Clifford Park in Biddeford. Registration closes at noon on 10/24. Wear comfortable shoes or boots and weather-appropriate clothing. We will meet in the parking lot, beginning our walk promptly at 8:30am. This trail unfortunately is not wheelchair or stroller accessible and has a fairly steep incline at the start. Laura Grover is a plant and bird hobbyist, botanical illustrator for Fedco Seeds, and a mindfulness ambassador. She has led many plant identification and mindful foraging walks for people of all ages. She enjoys bringing people together to look closely in nature, practice mindfulness outside, and be a sensory animal in the woods.
