Mixed Media: 1-Day Abstract Collage Slam!Instructor: Sheri Lee RobinsonGet ready... Join me in this one day abstract collage workshop intensive as we dive into some seriously fun abstract collage! We will have six glorious hours to create as many abstract collages as we can while learning about the history of collage and some of its most famous abstract expressionist pioneers via a brief slideshow presentation. I will guide you through the entire process and can guarantee that you will walk away with several exciting collages. My Abstract Collage classes and workshops have brought a lot of joy to students of all ages and all skill levels. Absolute beginners as well as seasoned pros are ALL WELCOME! So buckle up, bring a lunch and some beverages and get ready to have some creative fun.

MATERIALS LIST-1 pad of 24x18 watercolor paper-1 pad of Mixed Media paper-Any kind of colored paper/contact paper-Any paper you would want to paint on or rip up-Possibly some tissue paper if that excites you-1 or more blank canvases no larger than 28x18-Small set of paintbrushes (be sure to have a 1” flat brush in there)-Small set/selection of acrylic paints-Small selection of drawing supplies, pens, pencils, markers etc.-Any old drawings/artwork on paper or canvas you may want to rip up. If you choose to bring in an old canvas painting, please cut it from the frame first-1 or 2 16oz bottles of Mod Podge adhesive. Matte, gloss or one of each-Scissors-8 FOOT PLASTIC TABLE COVERING-MANDATORY-Apron/coveralls-Latex gloves
I will also have a selection of supplies on hand in case you need them!
