Each session features dishes from different regions -- ranging from Latin America to Asia, the Middle East to Europe -- allowing students to appreciate diverse ingredients, flavors, and cooking methods. Alongside culinary exploration, students will learn:

The food lab fee for recipe cost averages $20 each week.
