Leadership Initiative for Female Teens (LIFT) is a program within Mountain Alliance that is an empowerment program that enables young women to push their boundaries in a welcoming, girl-supportive, encouraging environment. We will have a variety of program options throughout the school year from retreats to service and adventure programming.
