Did you know Ang was a certified personal trainer back in the day? She wants to use another one of her passion's to pour into the Mack community through health - both physical and mental. Grab some friends and come have fun in a non-threatening, circuit based strength training environment. You can be at any fitness level, have zero to a ton of experience, and have the freedom to work at your own pace. Ang will explain every circuit thoroughly before starting, and change stations frequently. So, drop your kids at their enrichment or Champions, and come bond, laugh, and get/stay healthy - together!
