Plant Forward Boulder - 21 Day Plant-Based KickstartPlant Forward Boulder is part of Building Healthy Communities (BHC) of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. Join this month for a discussion on the 21 Day Plant-Based Kickstart. BHCs support healthy, plant-based lifestyles by nurturing local connections, facilitating ongoing social support, and providing educational programming. Each month attendees will learn about important topics in lifestyle medicine.
Instructor: Ann Thomasset holds a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition through eCornell, and is a BHC leader with PCRM.
