Groundworks Art Lab Pottery Class at West Age Well Center

Older Adult Services partners with Groundworks Art Lab to offer monthly hand building classes at both Age Well Centers. Participants will learn about the three fundamentals of pottery to make functional and whimsical pieces: pinch pots, coils, and slabs. No experience necessary. All materials and tools provided and all work will be processed at the Groundworks Art Lab facility. Finished pottery pieces can be picked up the day of the following month’s class at the Age Well Center - inquire at front desk.

Groundworks Art Lab fires and glazes participant pottery. Pick up your finished piece at the West Age Well Center one month after class. Pieces will be held for two months and if not picked up they will be recycled.
