Description

Focus on classical technique, strength, and flexibility while embracing creativity and self-expression. Musicality and fluidity of movement are taught with an emphasis on posture and alignment. All levels are welcome!

What to Bring: Dress Code: Please wear form-fitting athletic clothes that allow for full range of motion (e.g. tank top and shorts/leggings, leotard and tights).
